There is a king size sofa for two people, and an electric air mattress is provided for another adult/child. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, an electric teapot, a microwave and a blender. A washer/dryer machine, wireless internet, netflix, and a/c is provided. This luxury condo is a place designed for travellers that want the best, with just about 30 meters to the beach, one block to nice restaurants in a jungle-like environment and the famous 5th avenue. Direct deal with the owners. The price is based on money being deposited in a US or Mexico bank. There is a 15% charge if the payment is made by credit cards because the deal will be done with the administrators and they charge 15% of the total cost. Books may be done online and paid with any VISA or MasterCard credit/debit card. As soon as the payment is approved, you will receive an immediate confirmation by email along with applicable cancellation polices. For deposits or wire transfers, the reservation will be kept for 48 hours. A refundable safety deposit of US$500 may be charged when booking Miranda 408. Any pending balance is to be paid 30 days before the check-in date. Reservations between December 15th and January 5th are to be paid-off three (3) months in advance, if applicable.
